Commission structure
Commission is a share of subscription revenue rather than a one-off referral fee. It is paid for every month a referred customer remains subscribed, with no cut-off date.

Monthly plans pay 30% of each monthly payment for the duration of the subscription. Annual plans pay 30% of each annual payment, including every renewal. The Founder plan is a single payment and therefore pays 30% once. All figures are in USD, as are payouts.
Commission accumulates across referrals. Ten monthly subscribers represent approximately $105 per month for the duration of those subscriptions, in addition to commission earned on any annual and Founder referrals.
The rationale for a 30% share
Thirty per cent is a substantial proportion of a subscription, and the figure is deliberate. ProCabinet.App was developed in response to a need within the trade, and it reaches that trade in the way useful tools have always reached it: through recommendation between people who do the work.
Those recommendations are the reason the software reaches anyone, and the commission reflects that contribution accordingly. Close to a third of the revenue remains with the person responsible for it, for as long as the customer continues to subscribe. There are no performance tiers and no thresholds to meet before commission is earned.

Register an account
Every account includes 14 days of Pro and requires no payment details, allowing the software to be assessed properly before it is recommended.
Obtain your referral link
Select Affiliate program from the account menu. The referral link and code are issued there, together with reporting on clicks, referrals and earnings.
Share it and receive commission
Distribute the link or code as suits your audience. Once a referral becomes a paying customer, commission clears a 30-day hold period and is paid on the monthly cycle.

The audiences that convert are those already engaged with the craft. Where viewers make things professionally, or intend to, the software is directly relevant to them.
The content opportunity
Most cabinetmaking channels document the build. Comparatively few cover quoting, costing and the administration that determines whether a job was profitable, which is generally the aspect their audiences find most difficult. That represents an underserved subject.
The live quote link is the most demonstrable feature. A customer opens a page on their phone, selects or removes optional items, sees the total update, approves the quote and pays a deposit. Screenshots and the demonstration film from the home page are available for use, which reduces production time considerably. Guidance on suitable angles is available on request.
Frequently asked questions
When is commission earned?
Commission is earned when a referred customer pays their first Pro invoice. Registrations and free trials do not generate commission in themselves. Earnings are then held for 30 days to account for refunds and chargebacks, after which they become payable.
How long does a referral remain tracked?
The tracking cookie has a 60-day lifetime from the point of click, which covers the 14-day Pro trial and a subsequent decision period. A referral code provides attribution where a customer learns of the software in a video and registers later, and is therefore worth distributing as widely as the link itself.
For how long is commission paid on each customer?
For the full duration of the subscription, with no twelve-month cap. Monthly plans pay 30% of each monthly payment, and annual plans 30% of every renewal invoice. The Founder plan is a single payment and pays 30% once. Should a customer cancel, commission ceases with their subscription.
What happens if two affiliates refer the same customer?
Commission is attributed to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently within the 60-day window, on a last-click basis. Only one affiliate is paid per customer. This is worth establishing before committing effort to an audience another affiliate is also addressing. The rule is set out in full in the affiliate terms.
How and when is payment made?
Payouts are processed monthly through the affiliate dashboard once the cleared balance exceeds the US$50 minimum. Balances below that threshold carry forward. The dashboard reports amounts pending, cleared and paid.
Is a paid subscription required to participate?
No. An account is required so that the referral link and reporting can be issued, and every account includes 14 days of Pro, which is sufficient to assess the software before recommending it. There is no cost to join and no cost to remain in the program.
What conditions apply?
The commercial relationship must be disclosed, as required by the FTC in the United States and the ASA in the United Kingdom. Bidding on ProCabinet brand terms in paid search is not permitted, nor is referring your own account or one you control.
